What we hear from general contractors
Turnover deadlines
The building has to be spotless for the owner walkthrough, and the date does not move.
Cleaners who don't show
A no-show final clean holds up inspections and closeout.
Dust that keeps coming back
Trades keep working while you clean, so touch-ups have to be planned.
Paperwork
You need a vendor who can respond to bid invites and send a COI fast.
