These Terms of Service govern your use of the BioFresh Pure Cleaning website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
BioFresh Pure Cleaning provides commercial cleaning services including but not limited to: office cleaning, day porter services, bio-decontamination, post-construction cleaning, data center cleaning, event cleaning, and government facility cleaning across the Southeast USA.
Service Agreements
All cleaning services are subject to a separate written service agreement between BioFresh Pure Cleaning and the client. The scope, schedule, pricing, and terms of each engagement are defined in that agreement. Quotes provided through our website are estimates only and are not binding until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated in the service agreement
- Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in the service agreement
- BioFresh Pure Cleaning reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are outlined in each service agreement. Generally, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel ongoing service contracts. One-time or event cleaning services may have different cancellation terms as specified at booking.
Liability
BioFresh Pure Cleaning carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant billing period. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect damages, or losses beyond our reasonable control.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to facilities during scheduled service times
- Disclose any known hazards, chemicals, or special conditions in the facility
- Secure valuables and sensitive items prior to cleaning
- Provide accurate facility information for accurate quoting
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of BioFresh Pure Cleaning and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
